Volunteers
Thank you for deciding to be a Parent Volunteer or Chaperone!
In order to be a volunteer or a chaperone for one of our field trips you will need to follow the below steps to get your clearances:
- Read, Print , and Sign the Volunteer Code of Conduct
- Child Abuse History Clearance
- PA State Criminal History Check
- Complete an FBI Background check OR Sign Volunteer Affirmation Form
- Complete the Volunteer Orientation
- Email paperwork to slawrence2@philasd.org or print it out and bring it to the office
